Just look at what’s taking place in almost every other state in the U.S.—there’s only about four states left that have not been ravished by the marijuana industry (Idaho, Kansas, North Carolina and South Carolina). Each of these states will be in a similar battle against this in 2025 also. At least four states that presently have “medical” marijuana legalized will have a ballot initiative for voters to pass full-scale “recreational” marijuana legalization on Nov. 5th, 2024.
